Dance Classes

Booty Burn

A ‘wear-anything’ pump-up fitness class made to make that booty POP! Come get a mix of sexy grooving and muscle toning while listening to bangers with INTUZI! If you want more core strength, mobility, flexibility, and stamina, you will find it here!

Femme Choreo

Come get your femme on in Femme Choreography! With movements based in reggaeton, twerk, burlesque, and hip hop, this class dives into sultry and sassy expressions while bringing you a fun new choreography every week. All dancers are welcome, class difficulty will range from beginner to intermediate.

Dance Cardio Conditioning

Get your sweat on with this all-levels dance workout. This class is a fusion of all types of dance, combined with nonstop sweaty fun! This is a great workout that is open to all levels and all genders!

TWERK!

Unleash those hips and shake what your mama gave you! This all-levels twerk class is a fun and supportive space to learn everything Twerk, from the basic bounce to the dynamic, crowd-pleasing moves. Whether you’re a twerk veteran or haven’t yet learned how to clap those cheeks, you’ll leave class feeling more confident, energized, and ready to own the dance floor. Contemporary/Jazz Dance Fusion

Whether you are a seasoned dancer or new to the studio, this class is designed to be accessible and leave you feeling free and at peace. The class will include a dance specific warmup and conditioning, center and across the floor skills including leaps, turns, and kicks, and will finish with choreography to integrate technique with emotion and movement. Choreography will vary from slow, intentional storytelling of contemporary to upbeat, confident, stylized jazz. If you are looking for variety and the opportunity to explore a variety of movement patterns and floorwork, this class is for you!

Hip Hop

This choreography class will take your dancing to the next level! We warm up with exercises and drills to improve your technique, then jump into a fast-paced and challenging choreography created to give you that professional-level experience! All dancers are welcome, just bring a bottle of water and get ready for your new favorite night of the week!

Flexibility & Conditioning

Be the strongest and most flexible version of yourself! Our Flexibility & Conditioning class is designed to help you achieve remarkable improvements in your flexibility and mobility through active flexibility exercises. By strengthening your body, you’ll gain a greater range of motion in stretches, both on and off the pole.

This class focuses on preventing injury by building the strength necessary to support increased flexibility. You’ll learn techniques that challenge your strength and flexibility to their fullest potential, ensuring a well-rounded and effective workout.

Perfect for all levels, Flexibility & Conditioning offers a balanced approach to enhancing your physical abilities. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, you’ll find this class beneficial for improving your overall fitness and well-being.

Beginner Contortion & Handstands

In this class, we’ll delve into the realms of strength and flexibility! Every week, our emphasis will shift to various body areas, employing contortion techniques to enhance our understanding of movement and expand our personal range. Our primary attention will center on hips and shoulders throughout the course, as they significantly influence the depth of our back engagement. Things we will learn: core engagement, C-back positions, splits, bridges, cobra, camel, and much more.

F*ck it Up

Take your pole dancing to the extreme with this intense conditioning class designed specifically for pole enthusiasts. Focus on building strength, perfecting lines, and enhancing invert strategies while incorporating shoulder recovery exercises and injury prevention drills. Let’s level up and become unstoppable pole dance forces! No experience necessary, multiple modifications are introduced while building on your strengthening journey.

Pilates Flex n’ Flow

Flex n’ Flow is a total body Pilates class that combines strength and mobility for a comprehensive workout. This all-levels class is designed with various modifications and challenges to fit every body, ensuring that everyone can participate and benefit, regardless of their fitness level.

In Flex n’ Flow, you’ll target all muscle groups through a blend of conditioning, mobility, and recovery exercises. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each movement, helping you build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness.

Come prepared with a mat and water bottle, and get ready to sweat!

Maitri Movement Yoga

Maitri (my-tree) is a Sanskrit word that means ‘loving kindness and unconditional friendship with oneself.” Maitri is described as, “feeling at home with your own mind and your own body.” Nel promotes yoga as a vehicle for us to explore basic empowerment principles that we can apply throughout our daily lives, which can, in turn, benefit all the beings we interact with. Nel’s intention is to empower each person in her classes to feel nourished, centered, and embodied in their true essence through mindful movement, breath, and reflection. This class offers a space that is intimate, playful, and extends maitri on and beyond the mat. A journey into the shared heart. You will walk out of Nel’s classes feeling more radiantly alive, aligned with your own true nature, with a greater ability to flow and glow in your daily life. At home within this journey of being human.

Floorwork

Need a moment off the pole but don’t know what to do? Learn and master a variety of techniques that can be used to create dynamic and sensual movements on the floor. This off-pole class will cover fundamental skills such as floor-based transitions, shoulder stalls, rolls, and leg twirls that are combined in a choreography or sequence. This class welcomes all students at any level! Make sure to bring kneepads and socks. Heels are encouraged!

Provocatique

Awaken your sensuality and explore the art of seduction. Blending floorwork and chair dance techniques into a provocative routine you will learn to STRIP away your insecurities and step into your power! Wear whatever makes you feel empowered and sexy! Please bring heels or socks; knee pads are strongly encouraged. This class is designed for all skill levels!
