Pole Flips Workshop

In this workshop, hosted by Elizabeth/Daisie (@craizie.daisie), you will explore a variety of pole flips from the floor to flip-style mounts onto the pole. We will break down the mechanics, timing, and body awareness needed to safely create smooth, powerful flips. Students will work through progressions, drills, and conditioning exercises designed to build confidence and consistency before putting the skills together. Whether you’re looking to add exciting transitions to your pole flow or challenge yourself with unconventional pole mounts, this workshop will give you the tools to do it all!
**Prerequisites: Students should be comfortable with basic inversions and able to hang on the pole with one arm.**
